Fundamentals Training: These sessions focus on the fundamentals of what it means to be a competitive athlete both physically and mentally. Training program includes the foundations for increased speed and agility, proper body mechanics, and self-confidence building. The program also focuses on the initiation of quality self-care habits reinforcing proper rest and nutrition.

ASSESSMENT
Our comprehensive athletic assessment provides insight into your child’s physical ability through observation, a general survey and a complete performance examination. This helps us determine the level of training your athlete needs and design a custom training program for them.
TRAINING
Our goal is to develop a lifelong passion for the transformative power of an athletic lifestyle. At House Athletics, each athlete will learn about their bodies, athletic and coordination skills, while also building confidence and having fun.
