College Prep training. Our most advanced youth training for power, speed and agility and advanced weightlifting. These sessions work to prepare athletes for the next level of competition. Polymetrics, max velocity, proper stretching, 40-time advancement, advanced body mechanics, increase lifting, flexibility and advanced footwork are all included. Continued support to maintain established self-care habits and confident levels.
