College Prep (15-18 Yr)

Our most advanced training for power, speed and agility and advanced weightlifting. These sessions work to prepare athletes for the next level of competition.  Polymetrics, max velocity, proper stretching, 40-time advancement, advanced body mechanics, increase lifting, flexibility and advanced footwork are all included.  Continued support to maintain established self-care habits and confident levels.
